She'll be two on Friday. The really fun thing about kids is that I
find myself saying things that I never thought I'd say. Like, for
instance, "the kitty doesn't want the spatula, sweetie," or "no,
horses don't like yogurt," or "please take your fingers out of my
ears."

Hours of fun.

"Put down the cat food!"

"Please don't poke yourself in the eye, sweetheart."

Me: Please stop pulling daddy's hair.
Her: It hurts.
Me: That's right, it hurts.
Her: Silly daddy!
Me: Ow.
