I'm so so annoyed. I could get hold of the developers of barracuda spam
****ing firewall and ram *deleted* up their collective *deleted*.
Sending bounce messages to the reply-to address of spam messages, which
are quite obviously spoofed. Which then, if the spoofed domain is
running the same software, sends them back, which then...
You get the idea.
I don't have such software, but I do have those messages filtered to a
special folder marked 'numpty'. If I hadn't been emptying this folder
at regular intervals I'm certain the size would now top 30,000.

Ah well, I'm off to install Ubuntu+MythTV on my home machine (came with
Vista Premium, which surprisingly works OK ATM except Media Center is
choppy when it doesn't have the focus, thereby making the ubiquitous PC
idea just that; an idea. It does work on the secondary monitor
(actually my 28" LCD telly) though.)
I just hope MythTV is as feature-rich as that (and that it sup****ts my
DVB card) and works as well (or better - being able to actually /use/
the machine with the telly going at the same time without the choppiness
is what I'm after).
Oh, and the PC? An Acer Aspire 4800+ X2. Lovely machine, quiet as
hell. Of course I think the current OS is crippling it.
