The Ping has been mailed. I fouled up the salutation on some emails due
but this is a cosmetic flaw, not a technical problem that will in any way
hinder the voting process.
If you do not receive your ping email and you believe you should, AND
you still have access to the email address you normally receive Vote
information at, then you can use the "Send Activation Key" functions at
http://www.altgothic.com/voter
to verify that you remember the address correctly. If the address is in
the database, a reactivation email will be sent to the address.
If you NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS that you're registered
under, you will need to register again via the mail-in process
described at
http://www.altgothic.com/faqs/voting.php#register
Once registered, you'll be able to set your voting records normally.
