Please. October is PRIME blooming time in zones 8 and 9! (southern/warm
areas
like Florida, Texas, Louisiana, S. California). October is ROSE-MONTH in
those
areas, and yet all their roses were dead. When I went to SanDiego 2yrs ago
(first week in November) the roses were spectacular. Very little blooms in
June-September in those areas because it's too hot. That's only blooming
time
up HERE.
