Voter Database Ping
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Convergence 14 Vote email "ping" will be sent out to the full
registered voter database on April 1 2007. All pings will be sent out
within 72 hours.
This ping will ONLY be sent out to people who have updated their
registrations via the altgothic.com website. If you have been able to
vote in past years, or otherwise have good reason to believe that you
should be in the database and do not receive a ping, contact us at
convergence AT virulent DOT org. Include as much relevant information
as possible.
If you are not in the database, you MUST register to vote by snail
mail, postmarked no later than April 13 2007 deadline if you wish to
participate in the Convergence 14 Vote. In the interest of fairness,
there are no exceptions allowed.
Convergence 14 Voting Timeline

The voting period will begin at 0:00EST (05:00GMT) May 5 2007 and will
end 00:00EST (05:00GMT) on May14 2007. Only registered voters will be
allowed to vote, using security keys which will be emailed to them
prior to the start of the actual vote.
Once the submitted votes are counted and verified, the winning
Convergence 14 committee chair will be notified. The winning proposal
will them be announced on altgothic.com and on the relevant newsgroups
and mailing lists.
