When did *MySpace* become the default vehicle for prospective
committees to jump the gun for posting their bid sites before the
official announcement?

That makes two so far (along w/ Dallas).

Note:  This isn't sarcasm or sour grapes, this is a legitimate concern
brought by a committee who plays by the rules (and has actually been
involved in previous Convergences).
