Mostly by talking to local people one-on-one (email or face to face) to
get them to participate, and asking Siobhan for the list of prior event
commitee folk for the experienced guides. Exploration expecially can
usually be covered with one local visionary, two local lackeys, and one
advisor.

EVERYTHING is available to be discussed (though not everything will or
should be changed), and here's pretty much THE place to put the
discussion about it for public view.
