Personally, I believe that it would become a bit laborious to work out
the fine details even for public review and potential debate...
however... I seriously believe that's the only way progress on the
stated objectives will actually begin to unfold. It's one thing to
invite discussion and debate on a given topic... it's entirely
something else to facilitate that discussion in a manner that proves
productive on a matter so particularly detailed as what a mass of
people organised initially by an online medium such as a.g. share in
common as to expectations for an annually recurring event that re-
locates with the same frequency. The (potentially) resulting
productivity among free-for-all communications is worth the extra
effort required to help guide those discussions.
