I have *a lot* to see on the subject (& I bet that's no surprise to
anyone that knows me). 

I want to wait until this years vote & C13 are over & out the way tho'
before I get into this. I'm spending far too much time on the ranch as
it is & I have **** to do.

The key elements to me are:
1) Convergence is a community event.
2) The community is the people of & around alt.gothic.
3) The processes surrounding who puts on Convergence where, when & how
need to reinforce that.

Not only do I not believe that a rigid, legalistic process can do
this, I believe such an approach is damaging.
