Convergence XIV Voting

Convergence XIV Voting HAS BEGUN. In order to vote, simply log into
the voter page and select the city of your choice.

The voting will end at 24:00 EST on May 13 2007.
Only registered voters will be allowed to vote. Note that security
keys were not sent out this year. If you can log into the site, you
can vote.
Convergence XIV Bid Proposal Web Sites

Only one bid proposal fulfilled the criteria this year.

Be aware that this is NOT a default win. If you wish the Ybor proposal
to host Convergence XIV in 2008 you must still log in and cast your
vote.
Should Boo's Pants win the vote, new bid proposals will be accepted. A
new voting schedule will be posted in mid-June.
Convergence XIV Winning Proposal Announcement

Once the submitted votes are counted and verified, the winning
Convergence XIV committee chair will be notified. The winning proposal
will then be announced on altgothic.com and on the relevant newsgroups
and mailing lists.

All official correspondence will carry the [C14 vote] subject tag and
a do***ent ID, date and version number.
