I'm subscribed to both, but I look more closely at alt.gothic, because
there's more traffic, and sometimes just give a.g.c a cursory look. If
I knew that all C*-oriented discussion happened here, I'd read it
here, though. I don't have a real preference, but right now the bulk
of the discussion on alt.gothic is Convergence discussion... moving it
here would make alt.gothic considerably less trafficked. But, it's not
that hard to pick out the Convergence chatter from subject lines, as
long as everyone is basically on-topic (haha).
Ah, shoot... it just doesn't make much difference to me. Someone at
some point said that their newsfeed included alt.gothic, but not
alt.gothic.convergence, so that might be worth investigation. Beyond
that, I'm not sure it matters terribly.
