This is exactly what I was referring to in my previous post. Giving
your child a chance to be a part of the norm of society. I agree, you
should tone it down a few notches. You have a responsibility to your
child to provide them with a normal childhood. When your child is old
enough to comprehend society and values, then you can tell them who
you are and let them decide if they want to follow your path.

Here is my previous post on a similiar thread:

My opinion is that as a parent, you have a moral responsibility to
raise your children in a healthy environment that fits within the
limits of the norm of your society. Since the "gothic" scene doesn't
fit the norm of a modern civilization, such as USA or England, it is
wrong to expose your young influential children to this subculture.

This is also true for parents who are into drugs, deviant ***ual acts
and perversions (such as cross dressing, swinging, permissive *** with
strangers, same *** marriages, *****, etc.)

As a parent, you are an instructor of the proper conduct and behavior
for your child. Your way of life contributes to the personality and
mental health of your child. Most of us became part of the gothic
subculture due to our parents irresponsibilty (such as divorce,
*****ural relation****ps, mental or physical abuse, multiple father or
mother figuires, etc.).

Regards
