And you know what?  Sometimes kids will realise this early on as well.
 My daughter (who is a picky eater)  refuses to go to McDonalds.  She
hates their food.  (Every once in a while you win! ;))

This is nothing but good for your family.  I've been trying to cook
more veggie meals lately and when I buy meat I try to buy meat that
knows where it came from.  I actually was a vegetarian for years until
I had kids, although if I cook too many non-meat meals my hubby starts
complaining.  :)
