After much mucking about and feverish activity accompanied by
ill-advised quantities of fruity cocktails [1][2] and mojitos [3] we
have updated the 4 pillars of how to choose where Convergence will be,
namely:
1) What a bidder has to do.
2) How alt.gothic ratify bids.
3) How the vote works.
4) The timeline that draws it all together.
