Toss this. the world has changed since it was implemented, and isn't
necessary anymore.

Should have a more-than-token showing of ag-types and C* regulars.

I liked E's suggestion (not on here yet) about weighting the voting
based on # of Cs attended. And the database should be cleaned up,
somehow.

More transparency, yes, but not voted and not fixed terms, and not
just previous organizers. Really, I think it's fine as it is, except
people need to better understand it, who it is, and why it is.
