OK, so maybe I am bad

Went shoping at the gardening place today, just for mulch and soil
ammendments.  Since all the soil testing says I am rich in everything
but nitrogen, I picked up a couple three pounds of blood meal.

When we got home and popped open the back of the van to unload, a
woman and her kid were walking up the hill and noticed the bags with
"Dried Blood" written on them in lurid red.
She stopped for a minute and asked what on earth I was going to do
with dried blood.
It was at that very moment that I was possessed by the goddess Eris.
For instead of just telling her I said, "We had to pick up some
kool-aid because we are having a kegger for vampires this weekend, and
couldn't get enough live people to come.  By the way, what are you
doing after dark this Saturday?"
She ran away very fast dragging her toddler after her.
