Nope.  There is no debate.  Climate change is false.  Back in the 1950's 
there was a concern with global warming and it was studied.  It was 
determined that CO2 does not have enough thermal capacity to raise 
temperatures.  Water va****, however, holds far more energy.

Now, if you want to talk localized polution, that is another matter.
