The basic truth is that nobody can predict the future accurately. Not Al
Gore, not Green Peace, not The Sierra Club, not anbody.

I do not have a bad word to say about any of the above. All that I want
to
say is that if anyone could predict the future either in natural events or

in human events they would rule this planet. Since I do not see any
supreme
ruler I stand by my statement that nobody predicts the future no matter
how
noble and self-righteous and humanitarian they pretend to be.

The overwhelming problem in all of this food and energy and economy and
weather and water crisis is overpopulation but not even Al Gore has the
guts
to even use that word.

Yeah, Chrysler has sold all 6400 Challengers. That is because there at
least 6400 people who know that every damned thing was not a crisis in the

1960's and 1970's. A guy with a decent or good job could have a nice car
and home and send two or three kids to college without taking out a loan.
And the wife did not have to work unless she chose to have a job or
career.
What happened to all of that? What has made education and health care and
a
tank of gas so <bad word> expensive that even two job families cannot
afford
it?

I ain't no economist and I ain't no left winger or right winger but I will

tell you what I think underlies a lot of this. When we ex****ted our jobs
we
ex****ted our prosperity. If I buy Windows Vista from an American company
at
Best Buy which is an American retailer and I call to register it and my
call
is answered by "Sarah" in some <bad word> offshore sweatphoneshop I get
<bad
word>off that Microsoft would do that to us.

When the textile industry went offshore nobody spoke up because they were
not in the textile industry. When the basic steel industry went offshore
nobody spoke up because they were not in the steel industry. Before you
know it every <bad word> job has gone away and we are im****ting foreigners

to do our remaining jobs. Count yourself lucky if you ever again see an
American born doctor or nurse. I guess they do not need doctors or nurses

in India or the Phillipines so they send them all over here. It <bad
word>
me off when an American kid cannot get into medical school at his or her
state university because all of the spaces have been taken by foreigners
whose parents and grandparents did not work all of their lives and pay
taxes
to build that state university medical school. There is something very
wrong with this. A private school can enroll 100% foreigners if they
like.
A state funded school should enroll 100% American kids who apply and then
foreigners for any vacant spots last.

We have given away the jobs and educational op****tunities that our parents

and grandparents and great-grandparents left us as their legacy.

Who do I see about that?

If you have a child or a grandchild or a niece or a nephew you had better
advise them to get into some field of work that cannot be ****pped
offshore.

Ford last week had to decide where to build their newest world-beater
42MPG
econobox so of course they chose a sight that was anywhere but in America.

Maybe it would have costed them two hundred dollars more to build the
****box in America but if the car was any good to start with people would
pay two hundred dollars more.
