Have any other Demon customers had the misfortune to have to phone the
technical sup****t line lately? I used to rate them as highly
professional and knowledgeable; however.....
My broadband crashed yesterday so I duly phoned them. First guy was
almost impossible to understand and couldn't fix it so I redialled
Second man finally helped me fix it but it took ages! At the end of the
call he said 'by the way madam, may I just ask how you knew I was in
India?" :-)
