It just feels great, going barefoot. No tight shoes, the air on your
feet, that natural feeling we get without our socks and shoes on. We
do have to be careful were we walk in barefoot, but that is just
common sense. Because we have worn shoes for long periods of time, it
is hard for us to even spread our toes. Ever watch a babies feet. They
can do all sorts of things with their toes. Going barefoot can
actually help prevent vein problems. You get more motion in your foot
without shoes, which helps the blood pump up the the heart easier. So
feel groovy, spread those toes, and enjoy the freedom of going
barefoot!
