barefoot hiking

by "{:-])))" <eyes@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Nov 26, 2007 at 05:59 PM

Took a good long hike today.
No blisters for a change!

There's a trail, the Gabrielino,
goes past JPL, near Pasadena California, up
along the Arroyo-Seco which had water in it
even though it's been drought conditions.

Made up past several picnic areas
and campgrounds, past Oakwilde and the
Shangraw, up almost Switzers.

Not that it means much to anyone reading
but it was nice to go for a barefoot hike.
Good trail overall for barefooting, imo.
Some rocky stuff. Lots of soft stuff.

-cheers!
