I don't see service as dis-empowering (making up words here).  If
anything I've become more empowered through service because I've been
given a safe space to be fully myself with no fear of recrimination.

The way I understand it one serves one's owner as an extension of the
Divine.

I really didn't expect to feel as if I were serving the Goddess and at
the time probably wasn't ready for it.  My teachers really didn't teach
it as a service oriented path until later on and even then I'm not sure
they really were able to fully grasp the service aspect, for certain,
they weren't able to articulate it very well to the rest of us.

Yes Ma'am!  I'll be sure to do the exercises! *chuckles*
