Funny you should ask.

This is the intent of my "Venture Communism" proposal, the subject of a
not-quite-dead-yet, two-hundred-and-some-odd-post thread in sci.econ
and alt.slack, unfortunately besides some interesting tangents on
intellectual property and nazi/communist comparisons most of the thread
consists of some NASCAR fan shouting "Communist!" at me and drooling.

You can find a copy of the proposal here:

However, if you are looking for something established, then take a look
at Henry George and Land Value Taxation, a good place to start is

Yup, that is the folly of the so-called "planned economy."

I lived in one of those apartments, but only until I was five, then I
moved to Toronto, Canada, where occupancy rates are usually bellow 1%
and homelessness looms as a never ending crisis.

The choice between Centralist bungling and patronage or Private greed
and patronage is simply too narrow for me. That is why I am an
Anarchist, it is privilege itself that must be eliminated, and the
State is the apparatus of privilege.

I agree, but do not have much hope that it will be achieved via "public
will" since I believe that the State is the tool of the elite. That is
why I suggest a syndicalist approach to mutualizing Ricardian Rents.
