Casterate criminals after 3 violent crimes. Texas is now doing this with
kiddy pervs but it also works with bank robbers, thugs, punks and
worthless violent assholes. I know its kinda science fictiony but
removing those two glands turns thugs into fat guys that just want to be
left alone with the remote control...Prisons are filling....No they are
FULL. We must do something! After three violent crimes, off come the
nuts.....
