Not at all, lucid dreaming can be interesting, exiting and can take
you to a completely different universe if you like. But sometimes I
think I'd prefer to let my mind wander and have a nightmare or two now
and then. Don't get me wrong, lucid dreaming is great but it just
doesn't bring out a message for me. Nightmares can expose your unknown
fears and stimulate you in ways you never thought possible. My
nightmares would usally consist of someone chasing me and I would be
unable move or I would run slowly. (Which had something to do which my
***ual oriontation) The thing or person was a problem I was having at
the time. (Bullying)
