I don't really care much for flamers/trolls.

Let them come, get their rocks off, and then if everyone is mature they 
should just sit back and smile, ignoring them, until, either on Usenet, 
they just get tired of their posts being passed over, or on forums or 
chatrooms the moderators come along and quietly ban them.
