As far as I know, "historic costumes roman/greak style" were never a
traditional mode of dress in Wa****ngton DC, which is where my
citystate's Home Stone would be if it had one.
Gorean lifestyle is not synonymous with Gorean roleplay. Someone can
(and in fact, many someones do) live a completely Gorean lifestyle
without ever once dressing up in a tunic or toga. It sounds like what
you're looking for is a day of classical-ages-themed costumed
hedonism, which is absolutely fine but doesn't necessarily have much
to do with an actual real-world modern-day Gorean lifestyle.
Gor is not about pretending to be where, when, or what you are not; it
is about reveling in where, when, and what you are.
