Thanks for the replies - I'm still a bit puzzled how he'd legislate
for someone choosing their number on the spur of the moment (presuming
that they're not ****lls and it's not some sort of dual reality thing
going on). But there again, I guess we wouldn't be shown any failed
attempts..
