Yeah,   I know.....  God knows how you've  managed to hang in 
here for all these years.    Sure,  you can be a PITA occasionally,
but  I'll  give you a ton of credit for the help you've given on this
newsgroup.
You rank up with the some of the best posters in alt.magic.

(Does Utherswift really still  post here occasionally ???   He has an
encyclopedic
understanding of the performing arts. Just to listen to him post is
inspiring.

I guess that's what pisses me off so much.... magic is a performing art, 
people
love to be entertained.   It's not all tricks either,  it's presentation,
psychology,
bringing up the past  or creating the future.  Inventing new worlds.  
Adding those to
the basic requirements of performing,  voice, physique, presence,
costuming,
props,  sound and lighting,  crowd psychology...etc  ...  That's a pretty
large
pair of shoes for any performer to fill.

So then we travel to alt.magic....  supposedly dealing with stage
performing...  a
newsgroup much needed by performers for  sharing ideas and knowledge.

Instead,  here is a newsgroup consisting of hacks and people attacking and
flaming 
anyone who posts.    I would have thought that a newsgroup dedicated to
the magical
performing community would have deserved much more than this. 

Well anyway,  thanks for your feedback  Ray...    hang in there  and also
congratulations...  you guys are on your way to becoming a Republic !!
