Yeah, that is the craziest thing I'd read in a while. Like they mention
there is no course he can take to get this corrected because they
consider substitute teachers to be "at will" employees so they could
fire him for any reason and never have to show cause.

I suspect this won't get any better as time goes on because while the
smart people know it's good to reduce the population, only the smart
people are doing it, if you get my drift.
