It has come to my notice that Mr Brooks is now trying to renege on his
contract with me and Mr Blakiston. I would remind him that I have a
signed contract and I and Roger WILL be taking legal action. You can't
sign a contract and then try to weasel out of it without serious
consequences. It appears that certain of his moderators have managed
to talk him out of a negotiated deal and he is relying on some legal
technicality that will NOT stand up in court.

As soon as I and Roger take owner****p of the magic cafe those
moderators will be out of a job.
