Magic Cafe sale finally settled!

I wish to state that my misunderstanding with Mr Brooks has now been
smoothed over and the sale of the magic cafe to me and Roger Blakiston
will now be going ahead after all. The only difference is that it will
be going through one month later on December 1st rather than November
1st.

Mr Brooks has informed me that he will shortly be making an
announcement on the magic cafe about it and he has promised to
apologise for his diatribe there recently.

I am afraid however that Mr Scribner and Mr Hallahan will no longer be
employed at the cafe when I and Roger take over.
