matter. Nonsense is nonsense no matter how many times you post it. I
look forward to Dec. 2nd, and your explanation as to why you are not
in control of the Cafe.

How about something like; "Brooks backed out of the deal at the last
minute. 
Rest assured I will be taking him to court but it could be tied up in 
litigation for years. But believe me, I really did buy the Magic Cafe and 
will be taking over as soon as this is settled."
