The date is NOT being moved to January. As for how much money I have
or don't have I am afraid that is none of this Maxwell nonenity's
business.He should remember that I and Jolly Roger are partners in
this venture. I have told Mr Brooks about Ed's latest thread on the
magic cafe and have requested that it be deleted or my deal with him
is off. Mr Brooks has replied that he is unhappy with Ed's bringing
attention to the matter of the sale when everyone thought the
discussion was over.
I am going now to post one of the discussions on the magic cafe on
alt.magic so I can advise on the matter. Here it is:

Okay, I bought Don Driver's video and am practicing and studying and
practicing,and watching. I am in the process of building a pitch stand
(yaknow, measure twice and cut once). But I am wondering about what to
price my decks at...Although $5.00 gets me about 400% profit (and
people will part with $5.00 faster) Is $10.00 too much, and I don't
want to start making change by charging $7.00)And is $5.00 still the
going price?
What do you think?

Go for $10.00 and if it works don't change it.If you can't sell too
many drop it to $5.00.But make it an even number for pitching.Don't go
$7.00.

I must inform everyone that I am the world's greatest exponent of the
svengali deck and it irritates me greatly to see all the guff on the
step right up section. When I take over this section will be
completely deleted as it is full of nonsense and inaccurate
information.
Don Driver cannot get $10 with the svengali deck simply because the
information he supplies is not strong enough to get this price. He
can't even get it himself and is condemned for ever to get a measly $5
a price I gave up when I was in my baby carriage.
I have been getting $10 since 1991 but then I know how to work
properly with a superior demonstration and a superior handling of the
cards. Furthermore I am not stupid enough to work off a four foot
table as Don does. I always use at least 6 feet.
And you CAN get $7 with the deck. However you have to use a chain
system. Of course the twits on the step right up section will have no
idea what a chain system is..
I invite the various twits on the step right up section of the cafe to
come over here and learn how to do things properly.
