Yes, it is completely absurd and hypocritical to say one is vegetarian
while
eating fish, or for that matter anything with a face or potential face. 
It
is also quite weak minded.  Many yoga groups still preach the false dogma
of
eating eggs as well.  Eggs are full of animal hormones and cause immense
damage to the bodily system and mind for those serious about meditation.
For those not serious, let them follow fa****on.
