DPS-4 039 Mind Control Centre

I was wondering if anyone here has any first hand experience of the
effects of the array at Gakona they would like to share?

 I have recently been reading up on the potential of Haarp, especially
the DPS-4 039 station in Alaska, with mcu trepidation.
