¡Oh yeah, pay raise reform, how about restricting/caping all state (voted
to office or appointed) be linked to inflation,
¡and if they (elected) want more (municipal esp. please) or less request
the pay increase or decrease for the ballot beside their name,
¡I'd run for a 25-50% decrease if I win.
¡This may increase some trust in the system. A lot even.

¡¡Surprisingly, little objection.
¡¡The STV-Boundaries, I would like to suggest an elected BC Senate with a
single member vote for one seat holder
¡¡per offered stv boundary. The boundary I have no problem with, an
electorate should have to make one choice of many,
¡¡I suggest reforming nomination at least to the way Vancouver does it and
a fee and auditor only after the election for
¡¡filing extentions.
¡¡This aside, The STV Boundaries are perfect for a regional
representative, to avoid BC and the Canadian constitutional
¡¡definition of Senator and regulation there-in. Call it an elected
member regional embassador to the Legislature.
¡¡I understand the regional need in voting, but there is no representation
when independents are forced to decide on party,
¡¡not non-party when they should have a right. A write-in vote is another
great option.
¡¡I came up with CTV: A Candidate Transferable Vote, so if a voter wants
the vote to anyone to go to use, if no one is at
¡¡50+1% they can join together and barter like a caucus of candidates and
they can decide who to pass it onto if they can
¡¡stomach doing so. Votes of conscience and all Candidates can be voted
in trust to use the barrowed power, which is their
¡¡votes no matter what. It counts, and they must be decisive.
¡¡Some turn out problems can be linked lack of info in the press of all
options, the perminant list, maybe dropping no-shows
¡¡from the list and having a re-register every 4 years would make sure
only serious voters are on the list. Nominations are
¡¡too costly (fee and accountant req) and time consuming (signatures) too
much unenviromental paperwork come to think of it.
¡¡Think about this, STV like the At-Large system in Vancouver for council
not to mention redundancies like Parks and School
¡¡boards (council and Mayor can do this) would also be a problem, 10
choices a for council requiring no direct representation and
¡¡knowlledge of more Candidates than show up for it, think of it, at least
5 or 6 choices per seat are needed. Imagne needing debates
¡¡and info on 50-60 seats.
¡¡STV sets up this at large vote on MLAs in a region, requiring just as
much from voters, over taxing.
¡¡Party's have a bias because they want 2% winning 2%. Why not make an
8th placer win a podium in an F1 Race?
¡¡A Single Regional Representative would be better, none would require
less electoral districts since people will need to be
¡¡represented by a local foster or sentry of their philosophical needs.

¡My issue in the past, likely on file, was with the Liberarian Party
Rulers and fraud;
¡the refusal to have a Vancouver-Centre nomination meeting is defying
Libertarian definition
¡and phlosophy of liberty. Even their promise in "living my life" chosing
to challenge the nomination of
¡John Clarke and Voting Members right to vote for their choice on where
their donations go (1000 fee)
¡and who represents them in any riding with a disagreement; Fraud is also
something the Voting Member principles
¡something the governance of the party sign as well opposes. Is that
fraud.
¡BC Libertarian Party, legally separate, power brokering is suspected by
me and some others (VILA, I am not a part of).
¡This needs some serious looking into. If I need to complain about the
fraud to someone else let me know, but
¡when a party stands for something, they should practice it in their
internal Governance and as Government.
¡Oddly enough a worth while investigation on election promices, and how
they are kept. Party platforms and how
¡they add up to policy. Including opposition votes and candidate and
party promices and claims of belief. That would
¡be a fraud as well if they lied in the election.

¡If a Senator is required legally cap it at one ceramonial title.
¡Also you may want a finance audit on the senators, not sure all of them
have the constitutional wealth required above their
¡debts, likely I would on the Senate salary, but if they spend like
Government.
¡Also with current attacks on Tories look into complaints against the
others I know the Libertarian Leader tries to have them
¡decertified on some law.
