¡Housing rights: Sign a document of legal value to enter an apartment for
any reason with a specific warrant veiwed by tenant and presented by
building or civil authority that they can not use anything they see in
passing against you during repairs or other business.
¡There is another question of arms rights and the Rights and Freedoms law
about Personal Security and this also includes renter's right to having a
well behaved guard (large) dog, as opposed those poor souls known as stash
dogs and pit fighters.

¡Mr. Coleman, MLA and Housing Minister
¡Parkview Apartments went to many tenants and required a rent increase
they didn't give in 2007 with a late form
¡in Oct 2007 (when late, in our case May) it then allows them to do it
next from the Month it began, Feb. 2008; missed
¡that after, if the paperwork said 2008, we would gladly go with it, still
the May 2007. Trying to charge a May 2008 perhaps
¡even know it's less than 3 months. So Feb 2009 still. Legally. Knowing
them their manager will break this law again.
¡Many in the building are on some sort of assistance, disability and "in
between jobs" safety nets. Is the building
¡ripping off the Safety Net system, and should this be investigated, at
least management is violatng it, it may be
¡hard for the owner to get the blame or the increases. I suggest
investigating.
