oh, HAH.  I completely misinterpreted your question.  It never occured
to me that I have a con job worth knowing about.

When I worked where you live, I was an apartment manager.  Now I work
for an organization which produces nothing but income for lots of
people.  At least I don't get quite so many conversations about
clogged toilets anymore.  You wouldn't BELIEVE the kind of things
people like to flush down toilets.
