Neo-Pagan is becoming an old term. I don't know anybody in person that
still uses that term. Certainly not Paleo-pagans, since I don't think
anybody is trying to recreate a religious path as it was practiced
long ago.

Neopagans in the early 60's when Gerald and Doreen's religion really
began to take off, thanks to rock bands such as Led Zepplin, wanted to
distinguish themselves from the scholarly pursuit of pagans at the
time. It was all part of the continuation of the English Romantic
movement in Art, Music and Literature.
