May I offer a suggestion? soc.religion.paganism has a robomoderator (based
on one of the Russian (?) newsgroups - a set of perl scripts. If there's
any question, it bounces it randomly to one of the four "modkin". The
approval site owner - Baird, is it still brewitch.com? - will cheerfully
offer the code.

Feel free to find the *months* of arguing on alt.pagan over who would be
approved, and how, and the paranoia level (I'd say 9 on a scale of 10) as
to who might be rejected, if you want to see the care we resolved it with.
You can also see the original proposal for s.r.p - I remember hearing that
news.news was going to point to that as an example of what a proposal for
a
big-8 newsgroups *should* look like....
