I already told you all this already.
All you need is some simple computer program.
Like a jpeg file but it is still in Netscape when you open
it, not in the graphics program. You can't edit it from within the =
internet browser.

is "save as" from Netscape, onto the hard drive as a jpeg
file. Then open it from the hard drive and if there is a
program loaded on the computer that can handle jpegs, it will open. Then=
