Here's a though for today, for anyone with a brain to think about:

when a being lives in a society which has resolved all of it's woes and
lacks for nothing nor needs nothing, they have no motivation to do
anything
except see that life continues -- for them and others.

human beings on earth have only one true asset -- and that's knowledge and
the wisdom it brings to see things in a larger scheme of things.  In other
words:  grow up.  But society on earth, which just a collection of people,
must also do that, or the world society of beings as a whole won't be able
to exist well.

On earth we have some very intelligent individuals who are vastly beyond
the
knowledge of the average person which means some individuals are afforded
the op****tunity to become wise, where as society in general is kept unwise
and in the dark ages -- all due to lack of knowledge sharing.  The people
in
control of the knowledge believe they can't tell the rest of the world
about
it for fear that the 'world will fall apart'.  Well as far as
extraterrestrials goes, the US government and most world power people
already know -- and look what they're doing.  Destroying the world so no
one
finds out.

How dumb.
