Actually. I think there is a second usenet being developed called
usenet 2. This usenet is suposed to have all kinds of safeguards to
keep out spammers. I think some isp's already cary it. You can go to
google and type in usenet 2 to find there website which should explain
how to sign on. Hope this helps.
