I might also point out that the First Amendment is a bit irrelevent
to this issue. Contrary to popular opinion, the First Amendment does
not outlaw censor****p -- read it. It is quite legal for
theaters to base what films they will show based on potential for
sales. It is up to our side to remind museums that have IMAX
theaters that their mission is not to sell tickets, but to educate
the public.
