My guess is that she just became dizzy from deep breathing. I do a
number
of breathing exercises, and "The Reverse Crane II, which comes from a
different exercise system, and involves holding the breath in the lower
lungs, can make me dizzy - don't know about anyone else."
I've got a qi-gong video, and I do a couple of the exercise, which I
like.
I don't recall the mention of ki energy, which may or may not exist. The
exercises are OK; just seem to develop balance and coordination, and they
are slow and rhythmic.
