Well, if I was a supreme being, I would want to allow people the
chance to choose what they want to study and what they want to exist
with.
Some people after all the available data over the years, want to meet
extraterrestrials.
Some people after all the available data over the years, don't want to
meet extraterrestrials.
Besides they and we are all just "conscious races".
Nicholas Rockefeller gets to be with his preferred conscious beings.
Aaron Russo gets to be with his preferred conscious beings.
Dr Steven M. Greer gets to be with his preferred conscious beings.
And on and on and on, in the after life, and thanks to America, on
planet Earth too.
So I think everyone does not fail, they just get what they want.
Unless of course, one or three psychopaths try to fluff everyone.
That is not intelligent, and that is the reason why UFOs have been
seen often over nuclear facilities.
