Project, request Extra "GRANT" Moneys for unforeseen incidents and name
FAA as the Generator, giving False Affidavits of Disposal, and False EPA
Site Identifications, you commit a Crime.
FBI doesn't investigate such, the OFFICE OF SPECIAL PROSECUTIONS gets in
Hot Water, Some one is "Obstructing Justice"!
NEPA is a "MANDATE" not a Request of the People.
It does not give discretion, it is Federal Orders, the False Claims Act
is the Response, Justice Department or Citizen.
3 Times every penny obtained under "False Cir***stances", does not have
to be a LIE, the Records only have to "Mis-Represent".
