Most ghosts are simply people who are "earthbound". When they
cease being that they arrive in the spirit world. After a period of
time they then usually take on a new physical form (incarnation).
Bye the way, doing your work I would expect that the writings of Dr
Michael Newton, Ph. D. would interest you. "Journey of Souls" for
example. Or maybe Brian Weiss, M.D. "Many Lives, Many Masters".
You have probably already heard of the work of Professor Ian
Stevenson at the university of Virginia ? If so then the book "Life
Before Life" by Dr Jim B. Tucker might be worth looking at too.
It builds on Stevenson's work and has a foreword by him.
