I'm sure you will all love this post as it will be a good op****tunity
to say 'I told you so'. My story is this...for a few months I had a
physcial relation****p with someone I used to work with. It started out
fine and entirely casual but after a while I fell in love with him and
this caused problems. Even though we kept seeing each other he often
wanted to break it off because he wasn't ready to give me the love and
relation****p I desired. Once I got made redundant he wanted to make a
definite break, but called me up again a few weeks later for ***. I
went but haven't heard of him since, which is three weeks ago.
My problem was not only that I love him, I was (and am) also riddled
with guilt. I know he did like me and was obviously attracted to me.
The timing was just bad, because he was nowhere near ready or mature
enough to fall in love or commit to me. I have talked this through
with some ex-colleagues and they agree that if I had not been so
forward with my feelings and so emotional about it, just keep things
simple and at HIS pace...who knows in six months time we might have
gotten so used to each other, or he might have matured in a way that
would have made it possible to have something more between us. But
because I developed feelings so soon, that scared him off and made a
future between us impossible.
And now for the 'I told you so' part...I have always been intrigued by
everything magical and paranormal and even though I never had a
personal experience with Wicca, I do believe in it. Now last week -
being desperate - I googled 'love spells' and I contacted a witch to
perform a specific love spell to bring this man and me together. Now I
did specify I didn't want him to fall in love with me. I just wanted
him to start seeing me again and give me the second chance I so want,
to see if it will work out between us - if I just give him enough time
and space. But even so it's no excuse for what I did.
I already expressed some reservations in an email to her yesterday
evening, but no response yet. I also sent another email this morning
stating I would like the spell - which she cast last night - to be
revoked or counteracted in some way. I'm willing to pay any additional
fee.
There is of course the chance she is a scam artist and actually I hope
she is at this point. I'd rather lose my money than face the possible
consequences of the spell. But if she is the real thing...well, she
will hopefully reply to my email and revoke the spell. I just hope
this is enough.
It also stated in her FAQ that one thing not to do during the course
of the spell was to talk to anyone about it, because it would cause
the spell to fail. I hope by sharing my story on this board, I have
successfully broken this rule and the spell will become void anyway.
I know I have been stupid and selfish but I was desperate. It's only
through reading posts on this board and others that I realized what I
would be doing to him, never mind the consequences it would yield. But
regardless of those I really truly love this man. I can't believe I
was willing to 'brainwash' him into doing what I wanted him to
do...even if it was just seeing me again on a regular basis. It's
unforgiveable.
If anyone has any more advice for a stupid girl...I would be very
grateful. I hope there won't be any negative consequences now but if
there are I've only got myself to blame.
And some advice for others desperate enough to try love
spells...please think it through properly before you do...if you truly
love someone letting them go is a far better expression of your love
than forcing them into being with you...magically or otherwise.
